Dozens of Texas Democrats went to Illinois and other states in protest over a redrawn congressional map that could give Republicans an advantage in five House races next year. Some lawmakers say they hope Democratic-controlled states will retaliate and redraw their own congressional maps. CBS News’ Ed O’Keefe has more from Illinois.
